Projects > Hospitality > History Meets Luxury in Downtown Napa

Located a couple blocks from Downtown Napa, 569 Randolph is a historic Victorian property built in 1878. It’s known as the McClelland-Priest Bed & Breakfast and will continue to operate as a bed and breakfast after a thorough restoration and renovation. New ownership has also purchased the adjacent property at 555 Randolph and wishes to combine the outdoor spaces of both parcels to create more useable exterior areas for their guests.

Studio 1515 is working with the owners and a full design team to achieve their vision. This unique project has the Studio 1515 team studying the important historic aspects of the landscape through researching photographic archives, working with an arborist to identify significant trees to retain and listening to the client’s goals for future guest experiences. Blending old with new, our initial conceptual plan works around existing trees and historic features while creating contemporary, accessible and flexible outdoor areas to accommodate a wide range of future uses.

We will post more updates as the project progresses!
