This infill multi-family housing project is a much needed project in Napa as it will provide affordable housing for the community. It is long narrow lot adjacent to the Napa Valley Expo with setback and grading constraints. We were tasked with making efficient use of the property to meet the requirements for outdoor activity space. This included an outdoor plaza with seating and a rooftop deck that included a built-in barbecue, dining area and lounge seating.
