Our team transformed the underutilized front yard of this home into a functional and inviting space. The design features a new custom patio with seat wall and a thoughtfully placed planting area in front, softening the hardscape and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both the homeowner and passersby. The patio then transitions seamlessly into a new walkway, custom trellises are carefully placed with selective planting to enhance the journey, while discreet dog gates provide a practical solution for pet management without sacrificing aesthetic appeal.
In the backyard, the landscape was revitalized with new plantings along side the existing fence, the western side of the fence, and retaining wall planter, creating layers of lush greenery that will fill in graciously. New planting was added to the parkway strip as well, including a new color shifting tree and low-maintenance shrubs, adding that much more curb appeal. Trellises were strategically placed to frame views, especially from the kitchen window, offering visual delight and a sense of connection to the outdoors. The result is a cohesive design that beautifully balances functionality, privacy and charm.
