Studio 1515 has thoughtfully transformed the outdoor spaces on this property to enhance both functionality and visual appeal. The updated design includes sleek new gathering areas, utilizing multiple materials such as large scale pavers, finished concrete and gravel. A plunge pool coupled with a gabion wall offers a new element to the space and ties in with the newly proposed gabion screens and the front entry columns. A rectangular gas firepit and built-in bench seating was implemented into the extended concrete patio which style stays consistent with the new custom built-in BBQ grill and concrete counter. A pétanque court was implemented on the northwestern edge of the site, falling just under existing tree canopies and proposed olive trees that aid in seamlessly blending the old with the new.
Studio 1515 delivered construction documents and plan renderings, complete with detailed section cuts, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to execution.
